Position: Male Executive Secretary
Duties and responsibilities
 To provide a professional interface between and internal and external contacts.
 To answer the enquirers and related academic issues internally & externally.
 To manage the email, including confidential correspondence, on a daily basis,
priority items for actions as per deadlines and commitments.
 To act as a point of contact for internal and external enquirers and initiating action or
referring where appropriate.
 To maintain a professional record of all meetings of with relevant offices and
communicate the same as per deadlines and follow up as per University
requirements.
 To accept any other assignments as per the handbook of the University.
 To maintain high confidentiality & secrecy of relevant documents.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Business administration or related field.
Additional Computer diploma will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in any reputable organization preferably in Education
sector with any senior position.
Skills
 Have excellent oral and written English communications skills to interact with all
levels of an organization.
 Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
 Outstanding organizational skills.
 Ability to adjust with Organizational change.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 Self-auditing and have high quality standards
 Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages, databases, web and email.
 Ability to meet the demands of a heavy workload and priorities demands in order to
meet deadlines
 Experience of minute taking and servicing of committees
